What to include in your support request

To help TradeLocker support team resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:

On the TradeLocker platform

Navigate to Feedback in the bottom left corner of the TradeLocker interface. Click Get Help, and a chat pop-up will appear, allowing you to submit your support request directly to TradeLocker. Also you can reach PROP365 Support team.

On the website

You can also find the contact option on TradeLocker website. Go to TradeLocker Support Page and simply click Contact support. Or simply navigate to the bottom right corner of the website to open a chat box.
