My TradeLocker password isn’t working. What should I do?

If your TradeLocker password isn’t working, try these steps:

  1. Double-check the password: Enter the most recent password you set, with no extra spaces or typos. If you haven’t changed it, use the password initially sent to your email upon registration.
  2. Reset your account password: Resetting your main account password will automatically update your TradeLocker password as well.
